Great home in a great neighborhood. As someone who used to live in the home in the neighborhood its interesting to see the neighborhood improve before your very eyes. I can imagine myself or the next home owner adding on a deck to the back of the home for those summer days and barbecues. Or I could see someone adding on a second floor so that they could increase the square footage and the number of rooms from 3 to 4 or five. The neighbors have already done so to their home. Someone could even go so far as to remove the trees from the backyard and put a second home adjacent to this one on the same lot. All in all its been a great haul since Ive owned it since 2017 however it is time for me to allow someone else to enjoy the comforts of living so close to interstate 20 interstate 285 or just a general access into Atlanta. Im very curious to see how the neighborhood will look in two years once all of the new construction luxury apartments as well as new warehouse spaces are complete. This area of Atlanta will be just like every other area with brand new homes nice luxury apartments and someone is going to be a part of that. Maybe itll be you. For now the neighborhood is mostly homeowners however I can see the prices getting to the point where its all homeowners because it no longer makes sense to rent.
